We are able to achieve this primarily because we don’t carry substantial overhead and we don’t mark-up consultant day rates, the client negotiates contract rates directly with the resource we find for them on a simple low cost finder’s fee basis, be it an interim or permanent resource requirement.

We have therefore chosen to base these on a straightforward search fee model that included interim, permanent and contract staff, resourcing fees can be as little as £250 for interim resource,dependent on the skills requirement and very unlikely to exceed 10% of expected salary for any permanent role.
We can maintain these fees because unlike the agencies you may have used in the past, the prime income source of our associates is through their consultancy engagements. With the network providing significant incremental and reciprocal benefits to our associates and their clients by delivering continuity of project skills and resources.

Our associates are drawn from almost every business and IT disciplines, but with a common principle that all have at least 7 years experience in their chosen field. Most are independent business/IT consultants or interim managers with a cross section of board level P & L project experience in areas such as Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Business Intelligence and Technical Infrastructure. Consistant Quality: When you speak to someone at Key IT you will know immediately that they understand business and IT and that they have direct experience of running companies or departments and in selecting / implementing business solutions.
